We want you to feel confident and polished in your M.M.LaFleur pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 21 days of ship date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for a complimentary exchange or store credit.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
